A day in Tuscany come and explore Tuscany in a day we offer cooking classes in Val di Cecina Gabertino in beautiful house immersed on the middle of the hills of Tuscany between the historical ancient Etruscan town of Volterra , you can visti the walls of the Etruscans the museum and the ancient Roman theater , and the some beautiful medieval churches and one of the most spectacular view of Tuscany from the top of Volterra , . In this 5 hours tour of cooking classes we include the pick up from the hotel in minivan a small intimate group or family , and bring you the historical mediavele house with thousands olive trees surrounded , we go to the local farmers and get the freshest goodies ham cheese vegetables cured meet artichokes get back home cook some of the most authentic Tuscan dishes we will teach you how to make your own pasta second main and desert our Shef will explains in depth all the importance of the fresh and seasonal ingredients tu use for cooking with a use of our oil bioli home made production . After eat we got to have a wine tasting in a local wine producer and taste local wine where the same grapes have harvest from the Ancient Rome until medieval times until now some of the same techniques that wore used back then where Tuscany had a reputation of one best place in Italy for producing wine like chianti brunello di Montalcino , then we all go together for the sunset in top of the Volterra to have a photoshoot, next we accomodate you in one of our three apartments and early morning we will bring you back to the train station that way you can explore some of the most important city's of the renaissance or your own ,like Florence Pisa Luca Siena Carrara San Giminiano Montecatini terme . In this tour you will have the most important and unforgettable experience of the life Time , and you will learn so much about the Italian food .
